Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
