Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Columbus, OH)

Summit Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Columbus, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
