Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Facilities and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
