Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
