Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
