Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
