Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Wren Facilities looks after properties across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
