Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Cleveland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling loan applications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
