Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Telecom is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
