Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
