Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Nest Financial is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around payment disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling payment disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
