Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
