Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
