Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
