Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Medical and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling production lots. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
