Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

Summit Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Chicago. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
