Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Pine Financial Group serves customers across Chicago with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around payment disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
