Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Chicago with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
