Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
