Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group is a Chicago manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 967 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
