Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
