Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Stone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Charlotte. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
