Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Beacon Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around warranty claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling warranty claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
