Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Quill Arts Center is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Explain our services around school partnerships clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling school partnerships. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
