Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Birch Telecom Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling billing accounts. • An existing network in the region.
