Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling event logistics. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
