Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Umber Telecom is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around service installations clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
