Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Boston, MA)

Northwind Arts Center is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Boston. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
