Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
