Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Hollow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Birmingham, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
