Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ivory Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
