Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Basin Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Birmingham, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling visitor services. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
