Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Quarry Arts Center is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
