Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Juniper Energy is an energy provider in Birmingham focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling usage data. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
