Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Nest Financial Group is a financial-services company in Birmingham. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer onboarding clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
