Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Birmingham, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
