Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Lantern Markets is a Baltimore retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around supplier deliveries clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
