Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Thistle Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Baltimore, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
