Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Baltimore, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
