Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Nova West Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Baltimore region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
