Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Fern Arts Center is an arts centre in Baltimore with a full calendar of events, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling event logistics. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
