Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Austin region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Austin. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
