Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling reviews and feedback. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
