Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Austin, TX)

Lumen Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Austin. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loads and lanes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
