Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Rowan Farms is an agricultural business based around Atlanta, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
