Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Telecom Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
