Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Markets and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
