Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group looks after properties across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
