Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
