Sales Representative - local business accounts (Wichita, KS)

Bright Vista Manufacturing is a Wichita manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
